Visicards.in always trust with fair trade and will do anything to assist its customers to the best experience. We have an easy cancellation policy to all our virtual products. To understand it better, please refer to the sections below.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled under following situations, by Visicards.in:
     – Customer chose the wrong duration (Years).
     – Customer placed more than one quantity by mistake.

     – Cannot deliver the order by visicards.in team.

     – Order seems fraudulent

Once the order has been processed and delivered by online, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated.

Also, order cancellation requests must be placed within 1 hour of order placement. Reason: Upon order confirmation, it takes about 1 hour to process an order. We therefore usually deliver all confirmed orders the same day,

Note:
     – Our order processing team takes off on Sunday (and National holidays),    

     – There is no cancellation fee for all cancellations done within 15 minutes of order placement. Otherwise 10% cancellation charges applicable. 

Refund Policy

Refund is applicable (eligible) if:
     – Order was Cancelled (within 1 hour), and was not delivered yet

We endeavour to initiate an eligible refund within 3-4 business days. Further, it may take additional 7-10 working days for the banks to process the return initiated.

If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded in same account. In case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed only in buyer’s bank account with NEFT/RTGS. Refunds in any case usually take a working week to reflect in bank account. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

You will be notified when refund has been initiated by us, with transaction reference number. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request you to share with us your bank statement and/or follow up with your bank.
